SIR:

Since you have a very interesting program like "KAKAMPI MO ANG BATAS", I would like to take this opportunity to write you and seek an assistance from you regarding my problem. However, I have waited for the response of my application which I have submitted to the US Embassy for evaluation and investigation but until now no information nor message have been received from that office.

For information, I am TERESA MCCLINTOCK GARZA, 57 years old, married and a resident of Isabela City, Basilan Province. My brother, GEORGE B. MCCLINTOCK JR. and I applied for a claim of US citizenship dated January 9, 2003 with complete requirements, documents and evidences submitted to the US Embassy Office.

For my family background, GEORGE WASHINGTON MCCLINTOCK - My grandfather's name born in Key West, Florida, USA on January 30, 1881. He joined the military under the US Army from June 20, 1902 to June 19, 1905 and got married here in the Philippines April 13, 1908 with 3 children namely: RAMON - the eldest, GEORGE - my father with 5 children and CARMEN - the youngest.

For details:

January 9, 2003 - submitted our applications together with all the requirements, documents and evidences to the Embassy.

July 22, 2003 - received letter from the Embassy instructed us to appear at the WINDOW NO. 6 under the Examiner I for personal interview and submission of additional documents. During that time oath taking took place conducted by the Vice Consul CATHERINE TAYLOR.

Between August to October, submitted additional documents per instruction by the Vice Consul. During this months and until December 2003, I wrote letters to the CONSUL cause I wanted to know the result but there was no response.

For the month of MAY and October 2004, we have made our personal follow-up at the WINDOW NO. 6 with Examiner I but no assurance from him, instead to wait for a longer time. The Examiner I ANTONIO TRINIDAD was the one who handled our papers and so with the investigation and evaluation.

I hope to receive a favorable response from you and thank you for the assistance and favor that you have given me cause we are miles away from your office and also we have financial problem. I would appreciate more if you could response me by letter and thank you for your kind attention. Attached herewith are letters, receipt and application form from the Embassy.

Very truly yours,

TERESA MCCLINTOCK CARZA

Good day po Atty Batas!
taga-subaybay. Subalit sinasagot nyo pa rin po ito. Ipagpatuoly nyo po ang inyong
magandang adhikain. Mabuhay kayo! DADA (dada_dcb@yahoo.com)
